While scrutinized the case it has been observed that:-
1. The consent fee deposited by the industry of Rs. 2,59,200/- is adequate upto 30.09.2025 in Orange Category and industry is required to deposit the difference of consent fee in Red and Orange category till the closure of dyeing unit.
2. The industry has not submitted the compliance report of previous consent conditions granted to the industry and also submit the point-wise compliance of the directions issued.
3. The industry has been issued directions u/s 33-A of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and U/s 31-A of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and u/s 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and PSPCL authorities have been directed to disconnect the supply of electricity available to the industry/premises with immediate effect vide Boards letter No. 3060 dated 24.05.2024, please submit the copy of TDCO no.
4. The industry has not submitted the Bank Gurantee of Rs. 10 Lacs as assurance for the compliance of the pollution control laws as decided in the personal hearing dated 16.06.2023 taken by Worthy Chairman of the Board.
