The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has not submitted the distance report from the Revenue Department.
2. The industry has not submitted the proposal/feasibility report for control of secondary emissions generated from the process.
3. The feasibility report-containment-cum-pollution control system for LRF submitted by the industry is incomplete. It is requested to submit the complete feasibility report and completion certificate of APCD installed with it.
4. The industry has not submitted the partnership deed as well as authority letter.
5. There is increase in fixed assets amounting to Rs. 1235.29 lakhs. As such, it is requested to provide the detail of the same.
6. The compliance report of previous consent conditions is not signed by the authorized signatory.
7. The building plan submitted by the industry is not clearly visible. As such, it is requested to submit the clear copy of building plan and submit the all-requisite documents in the office.
As such, you are requested to remove the above said observations within 02 days so that the application can be processed further. |
