Sub.: Reply to letter no-4174-75 Dated-17.7.24 under “Consent to Operate” under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.

Sir,
It is submitted that:-
1) That the industry is a Red Category & applied earlier in the year 2022. The Consent under Air Act was granted up to 30.06.2026 & got refused CTO under Water act due to CETO Operator’s refusal of consent.
2) That the industry earlier submitted PSPCL Electricity connection bill as the proof commencement of the industry. The industry submitting MSME Certificate of the above location.
3) That the industry attached the trade effluent record from inception (date of agreement) till date w. r. t water consumed & effluent lifted. The industry has mentioned the complete detail of water consumed & lifted by CETP Operator at the end of each month on trade effluent record.
4) That the industry falls under Industrial Zone as per Master Plan & the industry submitted the area classification certificate from DTP on friday online.
5) That the industry has already submitted point wise compliance of NOC Conditions, if granted earlier.
As the industry Complied With.
Kindly process the application and issue us fresh consents of Water Act up to 30/06/2029 as 5 years granting policy of the Board under Red Category.
