The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to submit undertaking regarding name of all the chemicals with quantity per day used in it process. Whether industry is using cyanide?
2. The industry is required to submit building plan approved by the Director of Factories, Punjab.
3. The industry is required to submit manufacturing process and list of details of machinery.
4. The industry is required to submit proof of date of commissioning of the unit so that requisite fee can be calculated.
