It is intimated that earlier the project proponent was granted fresh consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for development of group housing project in an area of 12403 sqm & with max. total built up area as 35638 sqm consisting of components as Residential flats @ 260 nos. {236 (3 BHK Flats) and 24 (EWS Flats)} and club with BUA 838.83 sqm.
However, now the project proponent has applied for obtaining extension in the consent to establish (NOC) from pollution angle under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 only for 260 no. flats with decreased built up area from 35638 sqm to 35366 sqm and has not incorporated details of club with BUA 838.83 sqm. Kindly clarify the same within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete. |
