Earlier, the industry has applied for consent to operate of the Board under Green Category and the industry was visited by officer of this office on 22.11.2017 and it was observed that the industry has not provided canopy on its DG set and the industry has installed one no. drum printing machine in its premises, which covered under orange category. The industry during visit was submitted that the canopy to the DG set will be provided within a week.
Now, the industry has again applied for consent to operate under green category. However, it has not submitted the reply of the earlier observations of the visiting officer. If the industry is involved in printing process then it is covered under orange category.
Further, the last consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2022. The industry falls in the Green category. As per the policy of the Board, consent to operate to the green category units can be granted for 10 years. You are therefore requested deposit the balance consent fee of Rs. 42000/- under each Act so that it may be processed further for 10 years. You are therefore requested to submit the reply within 2 days, positively.
