The application of the marriage palace was scrutinized & examined by this office and it was observed that:-
a) It is intimated that the marriage palace was earlier granted consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 vide no. CTOW/Renewal/LDH4/2017/6724353dated 09.12.2017 valid upto 30.06.2018 and under the Air Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/LDH4/2017/6724345 dated 09.12.2017 valid upto 30.06.2018 with certain conditions and with following special conditions:-
1) The industry will obtain the permission for the use/abstraction of ground water as per the requirements of Central Ground Water Authority (CGWA). The Board will not be responsible for any loss, in case the CGWA will prohibit the abstraction/use of water on account of non-obtaining of such permission.
2) The marriage place shall submit the document regarding change of land use/regularization of site/permissibility/certificate allowing the operation of marriage palace from the Competent Authority by 31.12.2017.
3) The marriage palace will provide proper hoods and stacks in the kitchen for dissipation of fuel emissions.
But, the marriage palace has not submitted the compliance of special conditions. You are requested to submit the same, within 02 days.
