After scrutinizing the application, it was observed that the industry has not submitted dimensional drawing of its STP. In the feasibility report, the capacity of STP is mentioned @50KLD, but the discharge mentioned in the same is 7.5KLD only. The industry has also not submitted the completion certificate of the STP. The fixed assets of the industry has been increased from 10.76 Cr. to 10.84 Cr., but the industry has not deposited NOC regularization fee for the same. You are requested to submit the reply of the above said observations within 2 days. |
