The application has been scrutinized and the following observations have been found:
1. Uploaded Site plan/Location plan of the unit has not been approved by the Competent Authority.
2. The Electricity bill has been uploaded as Proof of date of commissioning of the Industry. However, the electricity bill does not contain the date of connection of electricity. Therefore, the date of commissioning of the industry cannot be deduced.
3. The applicant has not submitted the Certificate from the Revenue Authorities (DC/ADC/SDM) indicating the distance of the industrial site from the MC limits, Phirni, or Lal Lakir of the nearest village, etc.
As such, the applicant is requested to clarify the above mentioned observations within 3 days so that the application can be processed further.
