As per application the industry has increasing its production capacity of raw rice by installation of additional machinery. As such, the pollution load is also increasing by processing of additional quantity of paddy. The industry has neither submitted any justification regarding control of additional air pollution generates during the processing of total quantity of paddy from the shelling section nor submitted the dimensional drawing / completion certificate of the APCDs installed with shelling section for control of air pollution from the shelling section after increasing the capacity. The feasibility report submitted by the industry is not adequate.
