Regarding CTO renewal fees verification
i would like to apprise you that fees verification for CTO renewal for water under Water Act, 1974, with application ID- 31138934 is under process of the Board.
Clarification on CA's certificate with total valuation of plant & machinery -
The value provided as at 31.12.2025 is not the depreciated value and the same is arrived due to transfer of value of certain assets to P&L account.

As at 31.12.2024 as per books 3577.11
Less: Unamortized transaction cost 9.07 This has been transferred to P&L and hence not in the asset list.
Add: 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025 0.10 Addition during the year
Less : De-recognition of Right to Use Railway Line (Intangible Asset) during FY 2024-25 23.94 This has been transferred to P&L and hence not in the asset list.
As at 31.12.2025 as per Books 3544.20 Due to the above, the P&M value has come down in the assets.
