The application has scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The Industry has attached the C.A certificate of Rs. 413 crore as on 03.01.2026, which reflects an increase of almost 180 crore from the previous C.A certificate/consent copy, which requires clarification.
2. The industry has not attached the details of CER activities carried out in the previous 02 years.
3. The industry is also required to attach the detailed C.A certificate with three heads of land, building and plant and machinery.
As such, you are requested to clarify the above said observations within 02 days, so that the application can be processed further.
