The application has been scrutinized, and the following observations have
been made: 1.The Project Proponent (PP) has not attached the
partnership deed / proprietorship certificate.
2. Undertaking/Resolution of partners regarding authorized signatory
3.The Project Proponent has not submitted land ownership/possession documents, i.e., land registration deed / Jamabandi / rent deed / lease deed, indicating complete details of the property.
4. The Project Proponent has submitted an undertaking stating that the actual date of commissioning is 04.03.2015, which is claimed to be the date on which the electricity connection was released by PSPCL. However, the Project Proponent has not submitted any electricity bill or documentary evidence confirming that the electricity connection was released on 04.03.2015
In view of the above deficiencies, the application
cannot be processed at this stage. Therefore, the Project Proponent is
required to submit the above-mentioned documents within 03 days,
positively in order to further process the application.
