It is submitted that the application for Consent to Establish (NOC) has been received from KHANOURA FARMER PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED. During scrutiny of the application, the following observations have been made:
1. No process emissions have been indicated in the project report and no details of APCDs to curb emissions from the process have been provided.
2. The categorisation of the unit may be re-examined and the case may be applied under Miscellaneous Orange category. Accordingly, the consent fee may be re-calculated as per the applicable Orange category.
3. No control panel installation has been proposed in the project report.
Therefore, it is requested to address the above said observations within 2 days.
