In reference to above, it is submitted that:
1) That the industry has not made any change in the building or placing of machinery & no new machinery has been added. Both are family concern. Due to death of Father, the firm merged into M/S P. K. Enterprises. So new site plan not required as building & placing of machinery & operation is same. Nothing changed only firm merged after the death of Father.
2) That the industry already uploaded the Addendum to the agreement of earlier lease dated 06.04.2024.
Kindly approve the CTO Up to CTO Fees with penality paid upto 31.12.2028 as per 15 years granting policy of the Board under Green Category please.
