It is submitted that the application has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry has applied in old categorization i.e. 3020- Flour Mills (dry process) the industry fall under category code 62- Flour Mills (dry process).
2. The industry has not added lease value of land in the CA certificate.
3. The industry has submitted undertaking during NOC regarding the installation of bag filter as APCD. Now, the industry is required to submit the completion certificate of the same.
Keeping in view of above, you are therefore requested to submit document / reply of abovesaid clarification within 02 days.
