While scrutinizing the case, it has been observed that: -
1. The Project Proponent (PP) has not submitted the approval/permission from GLADA and other concerned departments.
2. The Project Proponent has not submitted a feasibility report for the installation of a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).
3. The Project Proponent has not submitted a proposal for the disposal of treated domestic effluent and details of the area proposed for plantation.
4. The Project Proponent has not submitted a proposal for the disposal of solid waste in accordance with the Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
You are requested to submit the above said observations within 03 days
