On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not mentioned the technical information required for authorization under HWM in the application form.
2. The industry has not uploaded compliance report of conditions of ‘Consent to Operate’ varied granted by the Board.
3. The project proponent has not submitted feasibility report.
4. The project proponent has not mentioned the Total No. of Workers in the application form.
5. The project proponent has not submitted disposal arrangements (i.e. green area details) in the brief project report and application form.
6. The project proponent has not submitted the project report. As such, cost of project could not be verified.
7. Adequacy of consent fee can be adjudged only after point no. 06 above.
8. The project proponent has not linked the ‘consent to establish’ (NOC) fee.
9. The project proponent has not mentioned the product details in the application form.
10. The project proponent has mentioned in the application form that solid waste generated from the process will be disposed off approved site. Further the project proponent needs to clarify the approved site means.
11. The project proponent has not mentioned the Last Consent Details in the application form.
12. The project proponent has not mentioned the power consumption details of wastewater treatment facilities in the application form.
13. The project proponent has not mentioned the power consumption details of Air Pollution Control devices in the application form.
