The application was scrutinized and following discrepencies are observed:-
1. The industry has not submitted detail of machinery installed.
2. The industry has submitted a building plan prepared by an architect approved by Local Govt instead of building plan approved under factory, Acts. as per special condition of NOC granted.
3. The industry has not submitted compliance report of observation raised by the Committee for appraisal of applications for one time financial assistance.
4. The industry has not submitted any completion certificate of machinery installed showing total production capacity of the plant and also APCD installed.
It is requested to clarify above observations within 02 days so that the application can be processed.
