IT IS SUBMITTED AS UNDER:-
1) That the the partners submitted authority letter in the name of our Consultant who uploaded all documents on our behalf.
2) That the industry has uploaded electricity bill online but submitted Udyam Certificate as date of commissioning of the industry in April 2025, but actually it started its operation in Nov, 2025.
3) That the PPCB never charged the consent fees on Rented Land & Building. CTO Fees paid as adequate as per C. A. Certificate value.
4) That the industry using 25 KLD Water as maximum, some water re-circulated. Now these days Water used in process appx 15-20 KLD.
) That the industry made agreement on 23rd March 2024 verbally & later on made agreement & notarized 20th May24. But the owner of the industry got land on rent & lateron renovation took place which has taken more than 1 year to commission & 1.5 years to operate.
6) That the industry has alraedy submitted Completion Certificate of APCD.

While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:-
1. There is increase in value of total fixed assets amounting to Rs. 38.53 lacs. However, the industry has submitted any details indicating whether this increase corresponds to any expansion in production capacity or change in pollution load.
2. Further, the industry is also required to deposit NOC regularization fee.
Please attend the above said observations and submit reply within 2 days.

The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has applied under old category. As such, it is required to apply under new category i.e. 175 - Tyre Pyrolysis Oil Industries-Applicable for advanced batch automated process / continuous TPO units.
2. The industry has not submitted the point wise compliance of previous consent conditions granted to it in an annotated form.
3. The industry has proposed to install 02 no. Pyrolysis Reactors; however, the purpose for installing these reactors has not been mentioned as there will be no increase in production capacity of the unit after installing the same.
4. The industry has not submitted any detail/feasibility report alongwith drawing of APCD to be installed with 02 no. Pyrolysis Reactors.
5. The industry has not submitted the compliance of SOPs framed for such type of units.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
