SIR/MADAM,
IT IS SUBMITTED AS UNDER:-
1) That the the partners submitted authority letter in the name of our Consultant who uploaded all documents on our behalf.
2) That the industry has uploaded electricity bill online but submitted Udyam Certificate as date of commissioning of the industry in April 2025, but actually it started its operation in Nov, 2025.
3) That the PPCB never charged the consent fees on Rented Land & Building. CTO Fees paid as adequate as per C. A. Certificate value.
4) That the industry using 25 KLD Water as maximum, some water re-circulated. Now these days Water used in process appx 15-20 KLD.
) That the industry made agreement on 23rd March 2024 verbally & later on made agreement & notarized 20th May24. But the owner of the industry got land on rent & lateron renovation took place which has taken more than 1 year to commission & 1.5 years to operate.
6) That the industry has alraedy submitted Completion Certificate of APCD.
