Sir, only 2 special condition were imposed while granting last CTO one is for obtaining EPR and one is regarding operation of ETP regularly. In this regard it is submitted that we have already applied for EPR since long but we have not received any conversation from CPCB in this regard. Further, our industry is a seasonal unit being manufacturer of cold beverages. However we used to operate our ETP regularly during the operational phase of the industry. |

While scrutinizing the application, it was observed as under:
1. The fee deposited by the project proponent is inadequate. The project proponent needs to submit adequate fee for obtaining consent to operate from Board.
2. The water consumption details mentioned in current application form of the project is not in consonance with the last obtained consents from the Board. Therefore, the project proponent needs to recheck the details.
The project proponent needs to submit reply to above mentioned clarifications within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
