The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry is requested to submit proof of date of commissioning to a certain the NOC fees.
2. The project proponent is required to submit the approved location/site plan.
3. The industry is required to submit the approved building plan from the Competent Person under DFA/Director of Factories.
4. The project proponent is required to submit project report duly authenticated by C.A.
5. The project proponent is required to submit feasibility report.
6. The project proponent is required to submit letter regarding Authorized signatory/Partnership deed.
7. The project proponent is required to submit registration deed/intkal/relevant land documents to verify ownership of land.
It is requested to reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete
