On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent, it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent had obtained Consent to establish (NOC) for 910 no. flats only. Now, the project proponent has applied varied Consent to operate for 858 no. residential flats, 36 no. shops and 1 no. community centre. Hence, the project proponent needs to clarify the reason for not to obtain Consent to establish (NOC) for 36 no. shops and 1 no. community centre.
2. Earlier, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 161.67 crore. Now, the project proponent has submitted CA certificate of capacity 177.12 core. The project proponent is therefore required to submit justification/explanation for the increase in the reported value of fixed assets.
