The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The industry has applied under old category. As such, the industry is required to apply under new category i.e. 56.1 - Wastewater generation ≥ 10 KLD.
2. The industry is required to clarify the reason for increase in production capacity of the unit as there is no change in capacity of boiler, etc.
3. The industry has not submitted the compliance of previous consent conditions in annotated form.
4. The industry is required to deposit Rs. 8400/- as NOC regularization fee for increase in cost of fixed assets.
As such, the industry is requested to remove the above said observations within 03 days, so that the application can be processed further. |
