The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
1. The industry was already granted consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 valid upto 17.12.2026, now the industry has again applied consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which needs to be clarified.
2. The industry has not submitted compliance of special conditions of previous granted consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 in annotated form.
3. The project report submitted by the applicant does not comprehensively reflect all the processes involved and appears incomplete in current form as the applicant has not submitted any details regarding manufacturing process involved in production of plastic dana from waste plastic items, production of ferrous sulphate using spent acid from wire drawing / pickling units. The applicant needs to submit revised project report including all the industrial operations mentioned by the applicant in application form
The applicant is requested to clarify the above so that further action in the matter can be taken, please.
