On scrutinizing the application of the project proponent it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted permission from PWRDA for abstraction of 3204 KLD of fresh water.
2. The project is covered under EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006 and needs to submit the point wise compliance of the Environmental Clearance granted by the Competent Authority, details of AEA activities carried out alongwith authenticated proof of the expenditures.
3. The project proponent needs to earmark the green area on the layout plan.
You are therefore requested to submit reply of the above said observation within 2 days
