The colony was initially proposed over an area of 10.675 acres under CLU No.Memo No. 3126 CTP(PB) SP-432-Moga. Dt. Chandigarh 02.05.2011 with layout plan. The required Consent to Establish was obtained from the Punjab Pollution Control Board vide Consent No. ZO/BTI/FDK/2013/NOC/168 dated 27.02.2013 and extended by CTE No. O16FDKCTE3719520 Dated -8.04.2016 valid up to 07.04.2017.
As per the original proposal, the project comprised 81 residential plots, 19 commercial plots, 1 school plot, 1 health club plot, and 1 EWS plot. However, the colony could not be fully developed in its original form despite the grant of the aforesaid approval.
Thereafter, an additional area of 9.95 acres, equivalent to 48,158 square yards, has been added to the project area. Consequently, the total area of the residential colony has increased to 20.625 acres. As per the revised proposal, the project now comprises 194 residential plots, 23 commercial plots, 1 school plot, 1 health club plot, and 1 EWS plot.
The proposed expansion has been undertaken with the objective of creating a planned and integrated residential colony equipped with essential residential, commercial, institutional, recreational, and EWS components, thereby ensuring balanced and sustainable development of the project.
We have obtained the CLU for the additional land via Memo No. CA/BDA/Bti/2023/7324 Dated 06.11.2023 for 9.95 Acres land.
