Sir, due to the fact that certain Air Conditioning (AC) works are presently under execution and have not yet been completed as on the date of certification. Since the pending AC installation/commissioning work has not been fully billed and, the same is not reflected in the certified value.
Upon completion of the pending AC works and finalization of accounts, the updated value shall be duly incorporated in the revised CA Certificate. (Copy of revised CA Certificate attached).
