The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The detail filled in the application form is not in consonance with earlier granted consent to operate under the provisions of the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.
2. The industry has not submitted latest CA certificate. As such, the fee deposited by the project proponent cannot be adjudged.
3. The SOP compliance submitted by the project proponent is not proper as no date has been mentioned therein.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 02 days. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
