The application of the project proponent was scrutinized, and it is observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not applied in the relevant category as per latest categorization of CPCB.
2. The investment of the project has increased from Rs. 15.44 cr. to 48.16 cr. There is substantial increase in investment. The project proponent is required to clarify the additions made by the project during the period.
3. Adequacy of fee cannot be adjudged due to point 02, above. as the NOC regularization and penalty cannot be adjudged based on data submitted.
