The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed that:
1. The project proponent has applied consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under Orange category (2091-Area/Infrastructure Development Project including educational institutions, community hall, IT Park, Theme park (Not covered under EIA notification 2006) and the same is not proper. The project proponent needs to apply under relevant category as per new categorization issued by CPCB.
2. The project proponent has not submitted latest CA certificate (un-depreciated) as on 31.03.2025. As such, the fee deposited by the project proponent cannot be adjudged.
It is requested to submit the reply to the clarification within 1 day. Until then, the application will be treated as incomplete.
