The application was scrutinized and it was observed that as per cost of fixed assets of Rs. 504.19 cr, the fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.10.2023. However, the industry has not deposited any additional fee due to change in slab from 400-500 cr to 500-1000 cr.
As such, the industry is requested to depsot additional Rs. 2,82,000/- within 02 days to make the consent fee adequate upto 31.03.2024 in consonence with the Water consent already granted to the unit. |
