Respected Sir, it is to inform you that there is no increase in the fixed assets of existing unit. The industry has purchased another plot in Tajpur Road, Ludhiana and whole of the unit will be shifted in this unit. The NOC of the same will be applied within 7 days regarding transferring of unit as well as machinery in the Board and accordingly consent fee will be separately submitted in the new case. Further, in the CA certificate, the increase of fixed assets is due to purchase of land and boiler. Further, we have already submitted the consent fee in the Board and requested to kindly adjust the fee and grant consent upto the adequacy of consent fee. It is also requested to kindly process our application and grant consent along with de-sealing of machinery please. |
