the application of the industry was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. In the distance certificate dated 30.09.2022 uploaded by the industry with online application form, khasra nos. of the proposed site have not been mentioned.
2. In the land use classification letter uploaded by the industry, Khasra nos. 606, 20247/607, 20249/609 have been mentioned. However, the industry has uploaded lease deed for only khasra nos. 606. As such, the industry is required to clarify regarding the khasra nos. in which the unit is being established, alongwith sajra plan.
Please clarify regarding above within 03 days, so that further action may be taken in the matter. |
