The application submitted by the project proponent has been scrutinized and various discrepancies observed as under:
1. The detail filled in the application form is contradictory to the earlier granted NOC of the Board i.e. PART-D: TECHNICAL INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR CONSENT UNDER AIR ACT, 1981.
2. The compliance report submitted by the project proponent is not proper i.e. most of the conditions noted and complying as written. The project proponent needs to submit compliance report in annotated form alongwith supporting documents.
3. As per earlier NOC granted by the Board, the total cost of the industry Rs. 62.12 lacs. Now, the industry has submitted CA certificate showing fixed assets of the industry Rs. 45.69 lacs. The industry needs to clarify regarding the same alongwith supporting documents.
It is requested to clarify regarding the same within 03 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. |
