The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has not submitted proper proof of date of commissioning for the plot no. 319, Industrial Area, Phase-9, Mohali in the name of M/s Jai maa Durga, so that the consent fees can be adjudged.
2. The project proponent has not submitted approved site plan from the competent person under Factries Act, 1948.
3. The project proponent has not submitted proprietor ship deed.
4. The industry has not signed agreement for lifting of trade effluent with M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd., Channalon since, the area of both the CETP operator has been divided and Mohali has been allotted to M/s Bantech Water Pvt. Ltd.
You are therefore requested to submit the reply of the above said observation within 2 days. |
