1. The industry was granted 'consent to establish' (NOC) under the Water Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. CTE/Fresh/FGS/2022/19531493 dated 13/09/2022 valid upto 12/09/2023 for proposed cost of Rs. 264.59 Lacs. But now, it has shown cost of fixed assets as Rs. 190.57 lacs. Kindly submit detail of difference.
2. At the time of obtaining NOC, it has mentioned cooling water consumption @ 10 KLD but now, it has mentioned cooling water requirement @ 20 KLD. Please clarify.
3. The industry has mentioned cooling water generation @ 17 KLD in its application form, which is required to be corrected.
4. The industry has mentioned cost of fixed assets in the application form as Rs. 191.17526. However, as per CA certificate cost of fixed assets is Rs. 190.57 lacs, Kindly clarify.
5. Stack height mentioned in the application form is 22 mtr (from GL) and 33 mtr (from RL) which is not correct.
