The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:-
1. The industry has submitted CA certificate showing the value of plant and machinery @ Rs. 1700 lacs whereas, while the earlier NOC was granted to the industry the value of proposed plant and machinery was @ Rs. 1042 lacs. There is a significant increase of Rs. 658 lacs which needs clarification.
2. The industry is also required to deposit NOC regularization fee of Rs. 21,600/- alongwith application form.
The application of the industry cannot be processed at this stage without above said information. Therefore, you are requested to provide the above said information within 02 days so that the application can be processed further.
