The application of the industry has been scrutinized and observed as under:
1. The industry has attached CA certificate mentioning the value of Building of Rs. 7,47,354/- as on 28.02.2023. However, as per CA certificate submitted along with old granted application, the value of Building had been mentioned as Rs. 6,47,354/- as on 15.07.2020. The industry has to provide the revised building plan approved from Director of Factories, if there is construction of new building/shed for installation of new additional machinery to increase its capacity and dryer machinery.
2. The industry has not provided the proof of date of installation of new additional machinery to increase its capacity and dryer machinery and the documentary proof of value of the same, so that the fee can be adjudged accordingly.
As such, you are requested to clarify the aforesaid observations within 02 days, so as to proceed further in the matter. Till then, the application submitted by the industry shall be treated as incomplete.
