1. The unit has deposited consent fee for two years and is required to deposit consent fee for 5 yrs.
2. The unit has not attached the compliance report of the special conditions of latest consent issued to it.
3. The unit is required to apply for consent to operate under the Air Act, 1981 as per policy of the Board immediately.
