The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The Service Station has not attached the site suitability/permission for operating the unit from MC, Sri Anandpur Sahib.
2. The Service Station has not attached the proof of date of commissioning of the unit such as electricity bill so that adequacy of fee may be calculated.
3. The Service Station has not attached the permission from the MC authority regarding disposal of treated effluent into MC sewer.
4. The Service Station has attached the Board Resolution certificate for its unit situated at Nangal; however, is required to attach the same for the service station at Sri Anandpur Sahib.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
