The application of the industry has scrutinized and it is observed as under:-
1. The industry is required to submit the operational details of the bio composter, handling of waste material and disposal arrangement of manure.
2. The industry is required to submit the compliance w.r.t. schedule-II of MSW Rules, 2016 viz a viz standards of processing and treatment of solid waste
3. The industry is required to submit the proposal of treatment of leachate.
4. The industry is required to submit site plan approved by the Director of Factory, Punjab.
5. The industry is required to execute an agreement with Municipal Corporation, Ludhiana In case of breakdown or maintenance of plant.
