The application was scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The unit is required to attach proprietorship proof as it has attached partnership deed with Sh. Rameshwar Gandhi and Prem Pal Gandhi being two partners .
2. The unit has not submitted proofs regarding obtaining raw material through legal sources duly verified by the Department of Irrigation-cum-Mining, Rupnagar.
3. The unit is required to deposit consent fee under the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observation and submit the reply to this office within 3 days so that the application can be processed further.
