While processing the case, it came to the knowledge of the undersigned that:
1. The industry has submitted CA certificate as on 31/10/2020. The industry as per the document required alongwith the application, is required to submit CA s certificate regarding un-depreciated value of the fixed assets of the industry at the end of last financial year. The industry is required to submit CA with main heads i.e. Land, Building and Plant & machinery.
2. The industry has made significant increase (about 2.5 crores) in its CA certificate w.e.f 2014 to 2020, under land, building, therefore, it is required to submit classification of land use and approved building plan. Further, if any additions done after 2020 upto date, kindly clarify. There is increase in the cost of plant & machinery, hence details of additions under this head is also required.
3. The industry is required to submit receipt of fee deposited in the Board through cheque as claimed by it. Kindly provide the receipt of the same obtained from the Board, which will act as proof that the fee has been submitted and the same details has to be sent to the higher authority.
4. The industry has increased its production capacity from 15 T/day to 60 T/day. It is required to intimate what additions in terms of land, building and plant & machinery it has undertaken alongwith classification of land use.
The above observations were conveyed to the industry while returning the previous application. The industry is once again requested to clarify the above, immediately. |
