Respected Sir, we have now add all the director names in the industrial profile and copy of the MOA is already enclosed in the application along with GST certificate................. Earlier, we have submitted the CA certificate amounting Rs. 76.77 Cr. with plant and machinert of Rs. 15.63 Cr., after that we have submitted fresh CA certificate as on 28.03.2023 amounting Rs. 77.69 Cr. with plant and machinery of Rs. 15.84 Cr. The NOC fee for increase of plant and machinery is already submitted in the Board. Also we have submitted the year wise detail of assets in the CA certificate.....................There is no solid waste in the premises as all the items are bio-degradable...................... Water meter devices has already been mentioned in the application form......................Detail of plantation area has already been mentioned in the application form in Water Pollution source detail in page no. 11 and 12......................Further, we have already submitted the process/fuel gas emission detail in the application form of Air in page no. 11..................... We have already submitted a request letter to the department for collection of water and air samples .......................There is no increase in production as well as polluting load......... It is requested to kindly process our application and grant consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 please. |
