The application of the project proponent has been scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The project proponent has submitted latest CA Certificate with the value of fixed assets of Rs. 8.37 crore, which has decreased from Rs. 8.40 crore as mentioned during previous Consent to Operate granted to the industry. The project proponent needs to clarify the reason of decrease of assets.
2. The project proponent has not submitted compliance of special conditions of the previous CTO granted to it
3. The industry needs to submit production record of last 3 months.
