The RO through email dated 16.01.2026 had intimated that in compliance to the Board letter no. 7143 dated 12.01.2026, M/s CEPH Lifesciences Pvt Ltd submitted undertaking in form affidavit clearly mentioning the points as directed by the Board subject to the certain conditions mentioned in the said undertaking/ affidavit. Further intimated that M/s Nectar Life Sciences Limited has also submitted the bank guarantee of the remaining amount of Rs. 2.50 crore vide bearing no.0013NDDG00052926 dated 14.01.2026, valid till 12.03.2027 to this office (copy enclosed). Further, Nectar Life Sciences Limited has also submitted affidavit clearly mentioning the points as directed by the Board.

The competent authority had already accorded approval for grant of Certificate to the unit after submission of affidavits/ undertakings to the unit and certificates have been generated in consultation with SEE, ZP-1 & SLO of the Board. The draft given by SLO for conditions to be imposed also attached as last page of the attachment.
