It is submitted that on scrutinizing the application it has been observed that earlier the application was submitted by the hospital and clarification was raised by this office that the HCF has not submitted the status of installation of ETP/STP nor submitted any effluent treatment report and the compliance report is not in annotated form.
Now, the hospital has again applied for obtaining consents of the Board and the hospital has uploaded the compliance report along with its applications but the hospital has again submitted the applications without addressing the clarification raised by this office regarding status of installation of ETP/STP or submission of effluent treatment report.
It is therefore requested to clarify the same so as to further process the applications. |
