The application was scrutinized and observed that:-
The industry has applied for obtaining fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry not filled any detail w.r.t its product(s) name and capacity in its application form and the industry has also not filled detail w.r.t waste water generation. Moreover, the industry has not deposited consent fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has not submitted Land documents such as Registration deed/ Jamabandi/ Rent deed/ lease deed indicating details of the property.
